McQueen Campbell

A lifelong aviator and successful entrepreneur with over 37 years of flying experience. McQueen has bought and sold over 80 aircraft and continues to fly his own, bringing unmatched firsthand expertise in aircraft ownership and operations. Since acquiring BellAir in 2018, he has built a culture of safety, service, and professionalism.

President & COO

Michael Vargo

With 20+ years in private aviation, Michael has held leadership positions across Part 135 operations. He previously led Mountain Aviation, building the world’s largest Citation X fleet, and later served as FAA Accountable Executive at Wheels Up, overseeing more than 1,200 pilots. An Airline Transport Pilot with over 8,500 flight hours, Michael combines operational expertise with proven leadership.

Vice President, Business Development

Zach Palmer

Zach leads commercial strategy at Jet Excellence, overseeing pricing, revenue planning, and cross-functional go-to-market for a fast-growing national fleet. Previously at Wheels Up, he helped integrate TMC and Delta Private Jets and rebuilt the wholesale channel into a primary demand engine, adding 25,000+ flight hours and $200M+ in revenue. He holds a B.S. in Aviation Management, is a Private Pilot, and enjoys skiing and the outdoors.
