After acquiring JEM Air Holdings, LLC in 2018 and rebranding it as BellAir, he has cultivated a culture defined by safety, service, and professionalism.

Zach leads commercial strategy at Jet Excellence, overseeing pricing, revenue planning, and cross-functional go-to-market for a fast-growing national fleet. Previously at Wheels Up, he helped integrate TMC and Delta Private Jets and rebuilt the wholesale channel into a primary demand engine, adding 25,000+ flight hours and $200M+ in revenue. He holds a B.S. in Aviation Management, is a Private Pilot, and enjoys skiing and the outdoors.
